Island Palm Mobile LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the following mobile applications: PicRestore, VidRecover, TinyVid, TinyPic, and Unzip It (collectively, "the Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use any of our Apps. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
Information We Collect
Our Apps are designed to function without collecting, storing, or transmitting your personal data to our servers. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address through the use of our Apps.
Our Apps may request access to the following on-device data solely to provide their core functionality:
- Photos and camera roll access (PicRestore, TinyPic): to recover deleted photos, compress images, or manage photo storage on your device.
- Video and media access (VidRecover, TinyVid): to recover deleted videos, compress video files, or manage video storage on your device.
- Contact and calendar access (PicRestore): to detect and help remove duplicate contacts or calendar entries as part of device cleanup features.
- File and document access (Unzip It): to open, extract, and decompress archived files stored on your device.
All processing of photos, videos, contacts, and files happens locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store any of this data on external servers.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or have access to any of the following: your location data, browsing history, contacts (beyond what PicRestore uses on-device for duplicate detection), microphone or camera sensor data, authentication credentials, financial or payment information, or any other personally identifiable information.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some of our Apps offer optional premium subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments are processed entirely by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play). We do not collect, process, or store any payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details. Third-Party Services
Our Apps do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes. The only third-party services involved are the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which handle app distribution and payment processing under their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
Because we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to retain. All data accessed by our Apps remains on your device and under your control. You can revoke any permissions granted to our Apps at any time through your device's Settings.
Data Security
We design our Apps to process all data locally on your device. Since we do not transmit personal data to external servers, the risk of unauthorized access during transmission is eliminated. We follow industry best practices in software development to ensure our Apps operate securely on your device.
Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Account Deletion
Our Apps do not require you to create an account. If you have an active subscription, you can cancel it at any time through your device's subscription management settings (Settings on iOS, or Google Play Store on Android). Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored app data from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
